Service Description
Having problems with your fireplace? Need something installed? Need a repair? Just need us to take a look? You will need to book a service call. This service call covers all fireplace types gas, wood, or electric. Included is 30 minutes of diagnostics, travel, consultation or labour. After the service call if we cannot complete your requested work we can book you in for the remainder of the service at our hourly labour rate plus additional parts.
Cancellation Policy
Booking requests are submitted and reviewed 24-48 hours upon submitting your request online. Time and dates are not guaranteed until the service coordinator has contacted you and payment for service has been provided in advance to secure your booking time. Keep in mind, the time listed is NOT guaranteed and if it is scheduled as "AM" your service will happen in our morning window from 9:00am to 11:50AM. If it is scheduled as "PM" your service will happen in our afternoon window from 12:00pm to 5:00pm. We do strive to arrive for your scheduled time however, due to many unforeseen circumstances we cannot guarantee the exact arrival time. ALL service bookings are considered firm once guaranteed by our service coordinator and are non-refundable. Service bookings can be changed or modified up to 24 hours before the start time of your service with no extra fees. If changed within the 24 hours of your service an admin fee of $25.00+gst will be applied to modify your booking as a late change fee. All additional parts and labour are charged out automatically upon approval of your special order, repair etc. Any additional charges up to $500 above the cost of your service are pre-authorized and approved by you to expedite your repair and prevent delays on service.
