Service Description
Your Beachcomber Hot Tub is covered under the Beachcomber Guarantee. Pending on your purchase you may have our extended guarantee option which gives you up to 5 years of coverage. Hot tub guarantee call outs must fall under our guidelines and in the event that you request a guarantee call out for something that is not covered under the guarantee you will be responsible to pay for the call out time. It is important to review what is covered and not covered under the guarantee prior to requesting a call out. This can be found in your owners manual or on www.beachcomberhottubs.com If you have ordered your hot tub directly through our Canmore or Cochrane dealership or on www.aquafireleisure.com we cover the call out fee of $159 as a courtesy. Customers who have purchased their hot tub through our extended network such as another dealership, Beachcomber online or Costco online a call out fee of $159+gst would be paid upon booking for each guarantee call out incident to confirm your booking. The remainder of the approved guarantee claim for both parts and labour would then be covered under the beachcomber guarantee regardless of where you purchased your hot tub originally.
Cancellation Policy
Booking requests are submitted and reviewed 24-48 hours upon submitting your request online. Time and dates are not guaranteed until the service coordinator has contacted you and payment for service has been provided in advance to secure your booking time. Keep in mind, the time listed is NOT guaranteed and if it is scheduled as "AM" your service will happen in our morning window from 9:00am to 11:50AM. If it is scheduled as "PM" your service will happen in our afternoon window from 12:00pm to 5:00pm. We do strive to arrive for your scheduled time however, due to many unforeseen circumstances we cannot guarantee the exact arrival time. ALL service bookings are considered firm once guaranteed by our service coordinator and are non-refundable. Service bookings can be changed or modified up to 24 hours before the start time of your service with no extra fees. If changed within the 24 hours of your service an admin fee of $25.00+gst will be applied to modify your booking as a late change fee. All additional parts and labour are charged out automatically upon approval of your special order, repair etc. Any additional charges up to $500 above the cost of your service are pre-authorized and approved by you to expedite your repair and prevent delays on service.
