What are your rates?
For dedicated services, we have set starting rates.
Additional labour is charged out at $125 per hour for in-town service.
Live in our extended network? No worries, we still offer service but it is subject to a trip charge.
where do you service?
Our primary service areas are Canmore, Banff, Cochrane, Rockyview County and surrounding areas in the Bow Valley.
Our extended network can reach outwards of Calgary city limits but is subject to a trip charge.
WHAT BRANDS DO YOU SERVICE?
We service all of the brands we support and carry.
For all off-brand products we attempt to provide assistance where possible. Each case is reviewed but limited to major components pending on part availability. I.e. pumps, heaters, circuit boards, filters and covers.
When will the technician arrive?
Upon requesting to book your service online you will provide your preferred booking time and date.
Once approved by our service coordinator, you will be given a morning or afternoon time window. The time you are scheduled for is not guaranteed. We can only note your preferred time and attempt to arrive by then due to unforeseen circumstances of some services.
how long is the average service?
Most services already display the average time it takes to complete.
Service calls and diagnostics usually can be taken care of in the 30 minute window. If additional repairs or service is needed, it will be completed the same day or re-booked if the day is full for the balance of the job.
imperfect weather conditions
Our technicians work regardless of any difficult or imperfect weather. The only issues that may arise are when conditions are too cold to perform a service or repair. In these cases we will postpone your service or request.
If it is an emergency you can relocate your hot tub to your garage for on-site repairs (relocation fees apply) or purchase or rent heaters to protect your unit and equipment.
why can i book online only?
Our service network is large and we have a high turn over of requests. To ensure you are taken care of and your requests are properly received we have introduced an online only booking policy.
This allows you to provide details and keep a track record of your requests and communication with our service coordinator.
Why are the bookings firm?
Once our bookings are confirmed with you and payment is collected they are considered firm and cannot be cancelled.
Services can however, with 24+ hours notice, be re-booked.
