Order timeframe: 
Each barrel sauna is hand crafted and made to order. Turn around time can be estimated between 2 to 4 weeks pending on the season.
 
Installation & Delivery:
Your purchase includes delivery and installation in Cochrane, Canmore, Calgary and area. Included is on-site setup, if required, or a small crane that lowers the sauna into its final location.
 
The designated area for the sauna to be installed in must be leveled, stable, clear of snow/debris and have a clear path for access.
 
For Electric Heaters:
The connection of the electric heater to be completed by a licensed electrician (not included).
If trenching the cable is needed, it can typically be laid on the surface temporarily and then buried in the spring (please consult your electrician for confirmation).
 
Year Round Delivery Available:
We frequently receive inquiries about winter deliveries for our saunas. In most cases, the answer is yes, depending on your location.
 
Sauna Construction & Specifications:
Handcrafted Locally In Alberta. We source all raw materials locally in Alberta from our cedar supplier, ensuring high-quality Smooth Four Sides (S4S) cedar. Every piece is carefully shaped in-house before we begin the assembly of your barrel sauna. Unlike kits from overseas, our saunas are entirely handcrafted from raw cedar planks purchased in Alberta. Once all components are precisely cut, we meticulously assemble the sauna, including the installation of the 26-gauge black metal roof, in preparation for delivery.
 
Sauna Warranty:
While we do not accept returns on our saunas, we are dedicated to providing assistance and support for any questions or concerns you may have regarding your sauna. Due to the natural ageing of the elements and the natural materials the Sauna is made from we can only provide a 30 day workmanship warranty against workmanship defects on the overall sauna and its cedar and/or hardware. Our sauna heaters come standard with a 1 year, parts only warranty against defects. Premium Homecraft heaters come with a 2 year, parts only warranty against defects.
